Sommen Bead Meet-up – accommodation, food, and the entire weekend of beading community

Welcome to a wonderful beading weekend with us at Hilmas Pyssel! During the Sommen Bead Meet-up, we will stay, eat, and bead together in a peaceful and natural environment at Lugnalandet Hotell och Konferens. Here you'll have the chance to relax, meet other bead lovers, enjoy good food, and fill the weekend with inspiration, community, and creativity.

The meet-up runs from September 24-27 – Thursday 2:00 PM to Sunday 3:00 PM. Booking applies from Friday to Sunday, and Thursday can be added for 1600 SEK.

Accommodation and Environment

We will stay and eat together at Lugnalandet Hotell och Konferens. Here you can enjoy beautiful nature, a peaceful atmosphere, and pleasant company while beading all weekend. It will be a perfect combination of relaxation, creativity, and community.

• 8 double rooms
• 4 triple rooms
• 1 single room

This gives a total of:

• 16 spots in shared double rooms
• 12 spots in shared triple rooms
• 1 spot in a single room

• 1 cabin with 6 beds
• 4 2-bed cabins
• 2 4-bed cabins

This gives a total of:

• 8 spots in 2-bed cabins
• 8 spots in 4-bed cabins
• 6 spots in the 6-bed cabin

What's included in the meet-up?

Thursday – add-on package

Thursday can be added for 1600 SEK and includes:

• Dinner with locally sourced ingredients – main course
• Drink and snacks
• Non-alcoholic alternative included

Food all weekend

Friday

• Breakfast for those arriving on Thursday
• Homemade lunch in the restaurant
• Afternoon coffee with homemade cake or pastry
• Dinner with locally sourced ingredients – main course
• Evening sandwich

Saturday

Throughout the meet-up, coffee, tea, and water will also be available. Additionally, candy, snacks, and fruit are included. The venue also has a bar with full liquor license.
