Right of Withdrawal 🔄
As a consumer (private individual), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received an item we sent to you.
- 📅 The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days from the day you received the item.
- ✉️ You must notify us within these 14 days that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
- 📦 The item must be returned in undamaged condition.
- 🚚 When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return cost.
You always have the right to open the packaging to inspect the item, but not to use it. We do not accept used items back.
If the packaging is missing or damaged, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund to restore it to new condition or purchase new packaging.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days from the date we have received and processed your return.
